KOAST is maintained by KOAST s.r.o., based in Slovakia. This page explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact info (name, email, shipping address) when you place an order or join the waitlist.
• Order history and payment status. We do not store full payment card data — payments are processed by Stripe.
• Ambassador application info if you apply to our ambassador program.
• Basic, anonymized site analytics.

How we use it

• To fulfill your orders and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• To send marketing emails — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve the site and product offerings.

Who we share with

Only the partners we need to operate: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, and our email/hosting providers. We never sell your data.
