Every KOAST order ships from Slovakia 🇸🇰 with tracking. Below are our standard rates and delivery windows.

Order tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. You can also track every order from your KOAST account.
Returns
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned. Swim returns require original hygiene strip intact.
Damaged or wrong order? Email hi@koast.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right immediately — full refund or replacement.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
